Returns:

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached.

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Process: To initiate a return after 14 days, please contact our team to receive a new return label.
Refunds:

Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method.

Time Frame: Refunds to the original payment method are available within 30 days of receiving the order. After 30 days, refunds will be issued as digital gift cards.

Duration: Most refunds will appear in your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
Note: We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or excessively repetitive.
Exchanges:
For size or color exchanges, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect item received).
Final Sale Items:
tems marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
