Our "River of Resin" line of serving boards are simply stunning in any setting.  These genuine Mediterranean olive wood boards are crafted with a colorful river of resin running the length of the board.  These boards are so beautiful that you might be tempted not to use them, but they are perfect for serving your selection of cheeses and charcuterie!  They also are wonderful for serving Challah with the Shabbos meal and make perfect wedding or Hanukkah presents.

These imported Mediterranean olive wood boards are inspected, engraved, sanded and hand-finished in our workshop in Texas. Please be aware that natural wood products can and will vary in color, grain and engraving tone.  This is especially true with our olive wood selection.  Each board is truly a unique piece!

Your finished board will vary in appearance from the representative image.  No matter, we are sure your board will exceed your expectations!  Each board is comprised of two beautiful live-edge pieces of olive wood and filled with resin.  The shape and size of the river varies sharply from piece to piece.

We treat all of our boards with USDA food-grade mineral oil prior to being shipped.  Your charcuterie board is ready for use when you open your package!  Always hand wash your charcuterie board; never put it in a dishwasher as this will cause the board to crack and warp.  Detailed care instructions are included with your charcuterie board.  If you intend to cut on the board, we recommend cutting on the non-engraved side to prevent the knife marks from showing on both the resin and the wood, and to help preserve the beauty of the board.
